If you don't already know, I am a Northern California wedding and portrait photographer. I photograph weddings all over the greater Bay Area, as well as destination weddings. I absolutely love, adore, cherish (well, I think you get it) what I do and I feel so blessed and honored to be able to capture so many special moments in the lives of so many fantastic people.

Jessica & Hector | San Ramon Wedding Photographer

Jessica and Hector’s wedding was absolutely beautiful! I have so many images to post because this couple was able to provide a lot of time for portraits. With a beautiful couple, a gorgeous venue, and with lots of time, you get amazing images!

I think that the most memorable part of Jessica and Hector’s day was their heartfelt and sincere speeches. This couple felt truly blessed to be getting married and sharing it with all of their loved ones. I am especially honored that I was there to capture their special day.

I want to give a huge thanks to my friend Lisa for second shooting with me. We had tons of fun and I’m glad she was there with an extra pair of eyes!

Jennifer & Eddie | San Jose Engagement Photographer

Ok, it’s official. I’m in love… with Jennifer and Eddie! They are so incredibly cute together! I had the best time with these two last weekend. I love how they can be completely silly with one another, and I also loved that they were willing to lay on the ground in downtown San Jose!

We started are session at the very same park where the two first met – so sweet. They met while playing softball, so we did some softball inspired shots. They also brought along with them, their cute dogs, Logan and Ellie. (I love it when couples include other “family” in their sessions.) As well as being softball fans, the two also love the San Jose Sharks (GO SHARKS!), so we drove downtown to the Shark Tank.

This post is pretty image heavy because there were so many amazing images that I wanted to share. So many of my clients tell me that they don’t take good photos, and I love to prove them wrong. Maybe it’s just the little bit of brattiness in me, but I think it’s worth it. Jen and Eddie both look great and I cannot wait for their wedding in October!

This one may be my favorite, but it’s so hard to decide! I do know this however, Jen and Eddie’s future children will have gorgeous eyes!This one’s for Jen!Congrats again you two!

Jessica & Hector | Fremont Engagment Photographer

I had a great time with Jessica and Hector this weekend! There wedding is quickly approaching next month, so we had to bear the cold to get their engagement pictures done. The cold was completely worth it though because there weren’t too many people out and about.

So many of their images show how playful and loving these two are. It was nice to get to know them a little better and hear about the details of their wedding. I can’t wait to see all the bridesmaids dresses and their shoes!

Love Stories | Odilia & Tyler

I’m very excited to launch my new brand, Cat Logan Love Stories. I love being a photographer and being able to capture the many forms of love that people experience. I adore stories, and I love that my camera lets me tell so many!

Odilia and Tyler won my Facebook contest last week, and I thought that their session, and the fact that it’s Valentine’s Day, would be the perfect session to introduce my new Love Stories. I couldn’t have asked for a sweeter couple to win the contest. Odilia and Tyler were actually freshmen when I was a senior in high school, so it was great to reconnect and talk about old times. While these two did meet in high school, they really didn’t start dating until after they graduated. They haven’t been apart since and they look forward to their future together. So many of these pictures show the love that these two have for one another, and I’m honored that I could capture that for them. As a bonus, we had A-mazing weather – God, I love California – so I had to take some shots of the incredible sky and clouds. So perfect!

Bobbi & Brian: Atherton Engagement Photographer

Bobbi and Brian’s engagement session began in Los Gatos, at the bar where the two met. I love shooting at places that have significance to the couple! From there, we ventured to Atherton to get some great shots at a park. I had never been to this place before, and I am so happy that they suggested it because there were so many cool placed to shoot.
I love this one!You always have to see a bit of the silly side…Congrats again you two! I can’t wait for your wedding in June!
